This is an elite Liverpool team and if we hold onto the core of it and the manager we will be competing for years to come. Next Sunday i will be celebrating whether we are lifting the trophy or not. This team deserves nothing more.

We need Leicester to score first and then see what city can do

Hopefully Brendan realises that the game doesn’t need to be forced and they are the ones who have to win the game and a draw will do us once we win our last...... oh no , that was the 2014 scenario.

Same again Brendan- the draw will do us

I believe they need to win for a chance to finish 7th and European Football if City win the FA Cup.

Ive changed my mimd on this logic as well. Was originally hoping theyd be battling but if they were it would suit city better i think, pick them off when they pushing forward. Look how Fulham performed after relegation, pressure was off. Every chance Brighton will play really well to sign off the season. Not over yet even if Leicester don't do it.

You’re right , they have to win to have any chance. I was referencing the situation against Chelsea in ‘14 where a draw and 2 wins would have won the title.

Just thought we pushed too hard that day and played into Chelsea’s hands. Hope Leicester don’t do the same tomorrow night with City in terms of going toe to toe . If they are level after 60/70 minutes, Leicester definitely have the players to take advantage of any gaps City might leave chasing a winner

Pity a draw wouldn't do them

No it won’t but they most likely get torn apart if they play their normal game. They have more chance of getting 3 if they contain City as best they can and hit them on the break when they have to open up - just my opinion of course
