Have no problem with any sort of recognition to be used to make sure the people who buy the tickets actually go to thr game. They have a returns policy so if you can't make it you can get a refund. Will stop touting. People who actually attend will get the credit. Will make it so much easier to get tickets. I'd say there's a high per centage of people who buy tickets for every game and have no intention of attending.
Agreed. As long as it is fair for everyone, and notice is given of potential face recognition etc. Otherwise would cause chaos.
It says on the offal that fans in the UK should receive theirs by July 1st and July 31st for those oversees.
I haven't renewed mine yet if they didn't come in time I'd just have to go the ticket office wouldn't I?

I got my card this morning and I have to say I fcuking love it. It's white and red and has my name and membership number on it, everything you could wish for from a membership card and more. Welcome to my wallet membership card.
Used to have an account here but couldnt remember the user name or password after only visiting as a guest for ages. Got one of our cards yesterday, seems a bit more 'papery' than the last one. I see they have dropped the 'Mr' from the Name on the card. I know of a case where a fella had given his cards to a friend who brought his missus and the card got confiscated by some nazi steward cos it was 'Mr' on both cards. So all the Fiachras, Daras and Aodhans out there can give their cards to women without worrying they'll get confiscated!
Surprised to read the feedback here about the new card. Got mine and first thoughts was it must have come in at half the manufacturing cost. Has the look and feel of very poor quality imo.
The way I see it is...its a piece of plastic that I paid just over €30 for and it'll do exactly the same as it did last season.
