€3,500 buy in for a poker tournament. I did not cash. Bring back the boooom.
€30, but only because it was an offer where you deposit the amount then wager it on something with decent odds, and get a free Ireland jersey.
Put it on us beating Chelsea, Johnson scored the winner.

250 on a 8-9 team accumulator in last year's Dublin Senior Football Championship.it came in with ease.Had a ton on a Peter Wright, van Gerwen double last night also.
& thankfully doubled my money, needed the cash badly at the time too.
A bayern Munich & Arsenal double to win in the CL group stages. Both won 1-0, the arse in the 90th min if I recall correctly, an Ashley cole header above all things.
I put €200 on ballymun last paddys day, jesus i was spending the money when the match was still on!Got beaten by a point, havent had a bet since

500 on a LSL game. The match was postponed on the Friday & played on the Tuesday. I went to collect my winnings and was handed back my 500 stake.
The match had to be played within 24 hours of postponement.
Have put on a few big bets if I was up a few quid however try to not to chase these days. Usually bet for interest rather than to make money. Having read Declan Lynch's book Free money, it totally changed my attitude. If you are betting on everything you will never make money. Your mind will always focus on breaking even.
The biggest sports bet I ever put on was 245 on a game to finish with over 2.5 goals in about 2008. Newcastle won 2-1 in the last few minutes.
Would not put on that amount again.
Daz and Myself had a little betting syndicate going a good few years back, we were up a couple of grand but we'd have thought nothing of putting 500-1000 on an even money bet once we had the pot up................other than that taking out a mortgage if probably the biggest bet ive made!!
250 on Liverpool to beat West Ham in 2006 cup final. PP were offering money back if your team lost on penalties. Money messing with your emotions is never good.
used to regularly put on €100 at the start of every season on us wining the leauge.
needless to say never came up. Dont punt at all now
£600 on Double trigger on the flat in 1997 and lost, nearly wrecked the bookies that day. I'm convinced it's because of me that all the stools are screwed into the ground now.
