Spurs look out of sorts to me. Never really threatened. We look like the goal has given us a cushion so we're not applying as much pressure as we normally do. Maybe we are trying to conserve energy because of the climate. We look comfortable bit I just hope we don't get too comfortable.
We have not played at all in that first half, neither have Spurs but they need to push it a bit more than us so have been dominant in possesion. This is on par with a friendly in terms of quality, is 3 weeks the usual gap to this game? Neither team dealing with it at all well.
Was just about to post the same. Not the barnstorming final I expected but I will take a drab 1-0 win any day. I'm sure if we hadn't scored the peno we would be playing in a higher gear.
