Hopefully it goes ahead alright, I would say about a 50/50 chance right now.

I'll be amazed if this gets the go ahead.
According to BBC weather there was heavy snow in Liverpool last night and more expected later today. They'll have to consider the safety of supporters travelling to the game first and foremost.

Sure they played a game in Wembley last night in the middle of it, there should be no issue as long as we have under soil heating!

Obviously the game can be played but if supporters can't get to the ground safely then they will pull the plug. Hopefully it will go ahead but I'm not that confident to be honest.

I was talking to a few lads in both the South and north ends of liverpool thos morning
And they said its very cold but they have no snow overnight

    If it stays like that
They all expect the game to go ahead

Be a real shame now to actually be able to get out there and no game . Im hopeful the Shannon manc flight will go in the morning. Limerick and Clare not too bad last night and manc is operational albeit delays. The biggest problem in Dublin airport will be the backlog.

Dublin Airport will be clearing the priority flights first is the big problem, flights to the US and Middle East get priority but you'd hope by tomorrow morning they'll be back operating at a normal level at least.

Airports don't particularly matter to the game going ahead, as long as traffic is moving around Liverpool and it's not dangerous for fans at the ground it should be fine. Newcastle might have a job on their hands getting over for it.

Just looking at this weekends fixtures and if we beat these we should have a nice cushion to 5th place with Chelsea away to City on Sunday. 7 points with 9 to play with a greater goal difference would sound quite promising.

7 point cushion would be great , especially if we can keep a 7 point gap right up untill we play Chelsea away.

They play City away, Spurs at home and Liverpool at home in their final 10 games, they've a mixed bag of other weaker teams on the way home which they could get a lot of points from. Liverpool go away to Utd, Everton and Chelsea on the way home and could do with taking a point from both of the big games and will likely need a win against Toffee's.
