Porto please. Pity Spurs scored last second to give us a chance of Frankfurt.
Looks like Real, PSG and Bayern other scenarios

Nunez the difference in the end. Made one, scored one and a gee hair away from making another one(that was outstanding defending). Goal every 107 minutes for us so far.

He looks a player who needed double the time off in summer. Hopefully finds his mojo soon. An on form Fab is so important to how we tick.

What I said earlier looks quite true, only hardwork will get us out of this mess and we seen that tonight. Virgil and Thiago were 50 times better than Saturday.

I'm delighted we went back to the 433. Klopp said a couple of weeks back that the players had gotten so used to it they have stopped having to think (or words to that effect). Its looks like he's said to them we tried 2 different formations and that hasn't worked now get out there and just do the 433 better than you have been doing. I don't think we will see any form of 442 again.

Substitutions injected some real life into the team. Bajcetic looks like he is going to be a player for us. Carvalho brought massive energy and there seems to be a swagger about Ramsay that is a bit like Robbo. Darwin and Elliot were excellent.

Hopefully juve can get a result tomorrow along with Benfica, meaning we’ve a 50/50 chance of getting Porto or Benfica as opposed to Madrid /Munich…don’t fancy PSG at all, hate playing them

What a performance. I really enjoyed that. Yes some ropey times but that performance is more like it. Can we use this a base now? Just to world cup. I was early to judge Nunez but by lord.
    Hopefully milner ok
