Michael Chiesa and Ray Borg both out of their fights due to in this incident.
Chiesa sustained cuts and Borg has glass particles in his eye.
McGregors going to lose his pot of gold quicker than he made it.

    Did Petis make weight?
    Khabib would wreck him.
The card is a joke now.

I love the way certain media outlets in this country are all over this story, they didn't even give CMcG a minute of their time when he was winning world titles.

To be fair he got plenty of coverage before and after winning titles. He's let himself down badly. I'd say he could lose a lot of cash now

Conor McGregor could make his long-awaited return to the octagon later this year against UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, with reports claiming that a date has been set for the two MMA stars to finally face off.

    Great photo from UFC 226.
Cormier is without doubt one of the GOATs.

I'd say he's just trying to wind Khabib up, I couldn't care less what McGregor has to say either way, he's good at fighting that doesn't give his opinion on anything else any merit in my eyes

Maybe he can accept an invitation to visit Ian Huntley in prison and praise him as one of the world's best caretakers to wind up his next opponent Ed?

Its not about giving his opinion any merit Ed,It's about judging his actions as a human being.

You're regularly complaining about false equivalency on the football side of things so let's keep it the same here so I'll just ignore the Ian Huntley reference.

Also, I'm not defending McGregor but he's just a fighter. He doesn't strike me as particularly intelligent and obviously likes the strong man image of Putin, I doubt he knows the first thing about the man. It was a stupid Tweet but Putin is a democratically elected president of Russia where the vast majority of the people love him so to single Conor out for this strikes me as a personal bias against him which is fair enough.

False equivalency? Explain to me how Valdimir Putin is not as bad as Ian Huntley and we'll leave how democratic Russian elections are for another day.

Also you're not "defending" McGregor but when I put up an article where the author directly quoted his racist comments you attacked the motives of the author. His racist comments were there in black in white Ed so don't accuse me of personal bias while engaging in whataboutery and pretending youre not defending disgusting shit.I've huge respect for his achievements and work ethic but I don't automatically excuse dumb people for their behaviour because they're talented. If somebody on here said something you found disgusting, you'd be onto them as quick as I would even if you thought they were a moron so what's the difference?
