He's been whoring himself around for a big job for as far back as I can remember. Looks like he's settled for Palace. He won't be there for long I'd imagine. Be gone by Xmas next year
He certainly has always maintained he was. Sounding out his availability for new employment and actually offering a contract may have been two entirely different things. We will probably never know for sure.
Jim McGuinness move to China! https://www.irishtimes.com/sport/so...tant-role-to-roger-schmidt-in-china-1.3138318 Bit of a mad one, fair play to him seems to be making a name for himself in the game.
I'm looking for a book that's come out recently,I read an extract the other day but I can't remember what its called or who wrote it.It's about players who don't make it in the game. Can anybody help?
Hardly No Hunger in Paradise by Michael Calvin. More about young players not making it. His first two books are best ones I have read on football in the last few years. Good follow on Twitter as well
Four players sacked after video of them masturbating in dressing room hits social media In case you didn't know already, masturbating at work is a bad idea. Four players from Brazilian side Sport Clube Gaúcho have discovered that the hard way as their inability to fight the urge to diddle themselves while on the clock has seen them lose their jobs. The club, which is based in the city of Passo Fundo, confirmed that the contracts of four players had been terminated due to the surfacing of a video in which three masturbated in the team dressing room, while a fourth recorded. Club president Gilmar Rosso didn't hesitate to part company with the literal wankers because the video was filmed on club property. "When I hit play, I deleted it, I think it's disgusting," Rosso said to GloboEsporte, via AS. "Outside business hours, we have nothing to do with the situation. If they want to get drunk, [be] gay or not, that’s their problem. “What I have to answer as president is during a trip, office hours. That’s my responsibility. The club is not a keeper of morals and good manners. The only thing we have to answer to is the making of the video inside the club dressing room.” https://www.joe.co.uk/sport/four-pl...ing-in-dressing-room-hits-social-media-132725
Should really be every 4 years and make it a more special event in the summer . If income going to triple surely every 4 years is enough ?
If story true. Then it has to be a tournament every four years. Countries could not be expected to have a side in both the World Cup and African Cup, if qualified for both.
Exactly, seems the tournament is all about the money Seems moving it to triple the income is the driving force ?
Ha Ha love it, don't laugh this could be us next year if Liverpool go back to the US and enter the Champions Cup as they have in 2014 & 2016. McD is a Premier Sponsor of the tournament. It's the way things work now and yes, it's possible similar might happen in the Premier League in the future, although I doubt it as I don't think the PL would be so desperate for cash for a deal like this and could not see similar happening on an individual club basis, only on a 380 game basis.
Just watching the citee game here (beating Real 4 zip) and feck me thy have some depth up top...Aguero, Jesus, De Bruyne, Silva, Sane, Sterling, Bernardo Silva and a couple of young fellas in Diaz and Foden who look the shit
Darren Gibson setting a captains example http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football...ibson-filmed-slamming-s-sunderland-teammates/
Charlie Sale in the Mail reporting that Utd's new secondary sponsor on a sleeve of the jersey is going to be 'Tinder'. He has not been on the money much with his media reporting. No mention of anything happening for Liverpool that I am aware of, perhaps an existing sponsor?
