I am glad they have went back to 3 subs but I thought it would have been nice if they could have left the squads at 20 & maybe had a rule that you have to name a certain amount of under age or British players on the bench.
10 different semi finalists in CL over last 3 seasons. Unbelievable Jeff Bayern Real, Madrid Liverpool Roma Ajax Spurs Liverpool Barcelona Lyon Bayern Munich PSG Leipsig
Are they gonna televise every game next season like they did after the resumption particularly if there are no fans in the stadium?
Jesus, seen this morning that Utd are just 10/1 to win the league next season. Anybody placing that bet should be sectioned.
Must be getting close to the point where UEFA just give Sevilla the Europa league trophy, or rename it the Sevilla trophy. Its nuts how many times in recent history theyve won it
Wow that is massive! Apparently Koeman told him his privileges at the club we're at an end. It had to happen at some point but hard to see how Koeman will ever be in anyway accepted by the fans ever now.
I reckon the Barca higher ups know exactly what theyre up to. With Presidential elections there next year, even though Koeman has a 2 year deal, its effectively a one year working, one year paid off cause the new head honcho will want his own man at the helm. So basically Koeman know (barring some very unexpected success next season) he is now the perfect man to get rid of the dressing room power, and try bring the running of the club back to the actual management side. Also given the fact (or accepted as fact) that Barca have ZERO money, shipping out Messi and Suarez (to PSG reportedly) will not only free up colossal wages, but they might get 100-150 million depending on which Sheik wants them most, and can then try rebuild.
He'll probably be fired and paid off before he even plays a game. Could even to back to managing the Dutch before they even play a game. 2 years play for a couple of weeks work, nice going.
This seems to me of another political power play by messi, he knows he has the power from within to affect the top brass at Barca so he's using it. Barca atm is absolute basket case of a club, its falling apart if Messi were to leave wouldn't win nothing for at least 3 to 5 years. Its entertaining to see.
