Any spares ?
Still on the lookout if anyone comes across one
Madrid police warning that organised gang of steward impersonators will try to steal Champions League final tickets from fans tonight. Police have seized fake steward bibs, fake checking tickets devices & fake accreditations. Only show tickets to stewards at official check zones
Did a coin toss with a Dad and son from Chester this morning in my hotel foyer. I won the toss! I am going with my Dad. Big difference to last year watching from hospital.
I now have tickets in the 128 and 234. Right behind each other. Is it possible to walk between the two? Or does anyone here want to swap at either level so I can stand with my Dad? In case they prevent you from moving areas. I will pay any difference in price between the levels.
Different tiers, so they won't allow any moving between the two. If anyone wants to swap from Cat 3 to Cat 4 they'll get €110 off me! Or vice versa, with no money needed.
Firstly, delighted you found someone to do the coin toss with, and secondly that you won it!
Hope you got to stand together in the end too.
Anybody get in on their counterfeit ticket?
Didnt hear of anybody, me and my mate got through first check no probs but the turnstiles didnt suit the double click system !! I'd say between 6 and 6.30 25% of the people were turned away at gate 43, mate tried is I didnt bother, police were starting to lead lads away so we decided to head away, other lad with us that had a genuine ticket texted me 15 mins later saying 2 lads jumped the turnstiles and ran through the stand wit the cops after them got caught and got a beating
You were trying to get in with a counterfeit ticket is it?
yeah, gave e50 for it was worth a try !
It's disappointing to read stories of supporters having their pockets picked and their tickets stolen. Also tickets being taken for inspection by stewards and not handed back.
I had made my peace on not getting sorted since we won the semi final so wasn't pushed looking for one over there. Watched the game in a small boozer close to the Bernabeu with a great bunch of lads. It might not be everyone's cup of tea but far better than watching it at home. The police turned up after the final whistle and kicked us out so we went into Plaza Mayor to join in the celebrations. A brilliant day all round.
A nice sight to behold...but pissed off that tart wasted a ticket to the game she more than likely hasn't a notion about.
Only back from Spain yesterday. Loved every minute of it even though I didn't get a ticket (didn't expect to get one either)
