Yes, me too. I was also under the assumption that the scum paper only got to attend media events at Melwood that were UEFA sanctioned. Another strange thing in the context of today and this has gone on for years is that the club won't allow any Getty images of Liverpool matches or training pictures to be sold to the Scum.

They never got access to players but we're always allowed in

The current editor has seats in one of the boxes and is a regular in the players lounge

Interesting to see if this applies to that prick

Hope Arsenal put seven past them in the first half. Saw an article online earlier claiming that a group of Sutton fans posted a thread on a forum expressing their views on the sponsorship but were ignored. If I find it i'll post the link here.

Amazed, too, that the in-house ban is only now coming into effect. About time.

That piece that that Cnut wrote about Ross Barkley and Liverpool as a city yesterday was disgusting and vile. It has been suspended by their employers . I would love to see some one take it out. Disgusting excuse for a human being . The timing behind it was also vile .

Just listened to the taw interview with Phil scratton, never knew that some of the families wrote letters objecting to the rag's "truth" and they got very unapologetic replies standing over what they had peddled, some getting their replies on the day they were burying their loved one(s)
    Absolute vermin, fcukin disgusting cnuts.

The Football Writers Association is seeking a meeting with the Premier League to complain about the Sun being banned from Liverpool and Everton. They're claiming sports reporters are being unfairly treated because of the actions of people in other parts of the paper. For a start,if you work for the Sun in any capacity and you think you have a right to claim not being granted access anywhere on Merseyside is "unfair",then you're a fuckin idiot.

Ollie Holt from the Mail is the chief cheerleader on this one. He's claimed the ban acts against free speech(the amount of people in the world today who don't know what free speech means is staggering)and says denying somebody access for behaving unacceptably is not the answer.I'd love to ask Ollie a few questions about his stance, but he blocked me a long time ago on Twitter, denying me access for my unacceptable behaviour (I asked him how a man who spent years building his profile as an anti racism campaigner, could go and work for the Mail). He reckons it's a slippery slope banning newspapers but doesn't appear to think it's a slippery slope allowing them to act with immunity for whatever disgusting act they perpetrate. He's obviously shitting himself because he works for a racist, bigoted rag that attack people in a disgusting way too and could easily find himself on the outside. What planet are these fuckers living on that they think their writers having access to football clubs is more important than taking a stand against the lowest of the low gutter journalism.

There was a good piece on this on 2nd captains awhile back. Ken Early basically saying in normal circumstances its not fair on the sports guy when someone else acts the bolloxs but in this case its laughable they even have the neck to question it.
