Seen elswhere this morning that Derby have refused their ticket allocation for the qpr away game as tickets were 40 pouns and upwards face value! Imaging if qpr were int he top flight how much they would be charging !
Last seasons Wolves Vs West Brom game was £34 for a ticket....not far off the £40! although this was the most expensive part of the ground. Just decided to go at last minute and got stung!
Crazy is what it is! Can't see them selling any tickets to away supporters after this! Wait and see, alot of away clubs will follow suit!!
Apparently their game last night (V Norwich) was a rubbish game with "little quality". Well there's 'Little Value' in going to watch that kind of junk at 40 pounds. It's ridiculous.
Flavio Briatore said he wants QPR to be the first "football boutique brand". So I guess over charging is the way ensures he gets boutique supporters and not real supporters. Fair play to Derby and I hope other clubs follow their example.
if you where handing out this kind of money each week you would nt be long running out. Gready owners dont see beyond the balance shhet and forget fans vote with thier feet and pockets, eg Derby. Well Done Derby..
QPR are next door to Chelsea, location wise. How much are they charging? Of course, Derby fans will still find some way of getting their hands on tickets.
