Klopp said it was similar to the Bournemouth injury

Apparently Lovren said to James Pearce it is hamstring, not good if true.

Injury more serious than suspected, muscle problem with an indefinite return date. Just what Lovren and we didn't need at the moment.

Was surprised, but shouldnt have played him in salsburg. If Gomez was good enough to come in he should have started. Played just exasperated whatever was brewing ...

Will be a loss but it could be the big opportunity Gomez needs.

A decent run in the team. He was playing well until his injury against Burnley.

Injury wouldnt seem so bad if fabinho was still there as a back up bit not great now will add abit of strain on the squad over next month or so.

That Hoever fella would wan to be getting his boots polished up because he can't be much more than an injury away from first team football at this stage.

Let's hope Gomez can get a run together because he's also injuryprone..

I would confident enough with Milner slotting in beside VVD, if needed.

Obviously depends on Lovren’s injury but I wonder does Klopp consider a short-term loan deal for January?

has Gini played there for us once or am i imagining that? Gomez, Milner, Gini, Fabinho (when back in few weeks), I'm not sure if Klopp would bother with a loan deal. But that might depend on what happens between now and Jan 01st.

Gini played in back 3 away to Brighton few years back if memory serves me right. Could see him filling in no problem next to VVD if necessary

I paid for everyone at the Circle K last week. I was the only person there but the point stands.

A very decent player, probably the right time for him to move on.
On far too big a salary for a 4th choice center back.
Some serious money being taken off the books this year with himself, lallana, clyne and shaqiri all going.

Only at the club six years?
Feels like a lot longer than that.
    Best of luck to him.

Great player who always did his best, was called upon at many critical times by the club and always got stuck in. He's had a very profitable few years with a world cup final and a champions league and league medal to show for it.
