Just copped no game weekend of 13th of Jan with mid season break although first leg of Milk Cup shortens the break
Something similar happened the last time there was a winter break and we drew in the Fa Cup meaning we had to play a replay in the middle of the break so klopp put out a complete reserve side. It will be interesting to see if he does the same this time around
Lads just wondering that city games for the 9th of march probably good chance that will be Sunday the 10th any ideas what’s do you think
it can't be Saturday 9th given we will play on the Thursday (8th) in the last 16 of the Europa. For it to be the MNF would be unprecedented given it's second leg on the Thursday, unless im missing something it's locked in for Sunday
I'm in Birmingham when 4th round of cup is on, say we drew villa away would there be a prayer of it going on sale to all members
Dont mind that post, I just remembered the big amount of fans we had at the emirates today, so of course not
There's a chance city play champions league the Tuesday after this fixture so it could well be a rare scenario that one of the teams will be forced to play 2 games in 3 days. So just for now I wouldn't completely rule out the Saturday
There is no risk of this scenario. City are confirmed for last 16 & assuming they beat copenhagen, the 1/4 finals will be in April (9th /10th & 16th / 17th)
My apologies, the City v Copenhagen game is now fixed for 6th March. I read a few weeks back there was a chance of it being on the Tuesday after our fixture but it's obviously since been confirmed so scrap my original comment.
FA cup forth round presumably sunday. Everton drawn at home as well and they play in the league the following Tuesday
Unless Everton play the Thurs/Fri again, ours isn't the most appetizing for TV but will be picked no doubt.
Lads - does anyone have the "expected TV announcement" schedule handy, I have been trying to dig it out and cant find it
The rule this year is 6 weeks before the first of the month that game is in or something like that but they have already broken that twice would be hoping next week for march fixtures
