Whats the feeling like in Kildare Davey. I'm hopeful enough with Meath, but you couldn't tell anything from that game Sunday, only scored 50% of the chances, Kildare won't offer up 40 odd scoring chances so that needs to improve.

Eddie Brennan was on Wooly pod this week. They finished the interview but then chatted for 5 minutes off the record. Problem was whoever was editing the pod left the off the record bit in. He goes to town on the Laois County Board. I heard it and it’s actually hilarious to listen to but I’d say he is mortified.

I'm biased in this in that I can't stand Parkinson but I think it was left in on purpose. On Sunday Brennan said he was considering his position because he has two years done and has an option of a third. Taking a gamble after hearing that that he will step down, it's certainly got the pod a lot of free advertising.

it does sound like a stitch up job, you'd think whoever was editing it should have known. Eddie sounds like he has a genuine desire for laois hurling to push on. Fair play to him.

Same as you Rob I'd be hopeful we could just shade it.

Might back a draw for 70 mins :)

Since 2000 its 4 wins Meath 5 Kildare with 4 points in the difference in the aggregate scores. Also seen a prediction model elsewhere that gives Meath the game by 0.9 of a point. A draw is a good shout.

Some come back from Meath in the second half. Clinical in front of goal.

Mayo hang on in the end. Huge win as you'd have to fancy them v Cork or Tipp all due respect in semi

Galway be kicking themselves, some poor shots in the end and lose by one. Ouch.

What's the craic with Limerick not having any sponsorship on their jerseys?

They are still sponsored by JP nd others, but they wanted to go back to the old style jersey from years ago, with no sponsor on front, retro look u could say
