Hate when players threads get updated before huge games , always fear the worst.

What a player he has become at Liverpool, deserves a trophy for the season he's had

Something pissed him off during or after the match tonight, he was in a strop during the celebrations for some reason!

There was rumors he lost his medal which is why he wasn’t wearing it. Could be it. Looked to be smiling when I seen the clips of him on the bus.

I think I saw Lovern taking his turn to hold big ears after Sadio and he had to push Mane away and later when they were all arm in arm, Mane stepped away from them and did his own thing.
I never saw him give Salah so much grief during the match for not passing to him. It happened more than once.
Maybe he was just pissed off that he won the peno but Salah and Divock got the glory.

Noticed myself Lovren pushing Mane away on the pitch. He already had his lift and was a few other lads turn. He then started doing these karate kicks as other lads lifted it.

I’d say he is hard enough to handle at times but Klopp seems the perfect manager to meet him in check. At Southampton he was inconsistent and sometimes even on the pitch.

For me, definitely LFC’s best attacker this season

It does appear he might be hard to handle, but I read that he is supposed to be one of the quietest in the dressing room and during training. But I suppose celebrating a trophy is a different situation! ;)

He's definitely a short fuse. Got the goals when it really mattered this season, agreed our best attacker , between him and vvd for our best player.[/QUOTE]

In fairness Salah had that bollocking coming a long time. I hope he gets more of it next year. You want your strikers selfish but at times his greed was detrimental to the attack. We've defo left goals behind this season because Mo chased his numbers too hard.

Anyway....stfu me, weve just won #6

Is he in with a shout at the Balon D'Or if he adds the ACoN to the CL and PL golden boot?

I'd rather he wasn't in the final
Will probably miss the Norwich game as a result of that now

He would've still missed it due to 3rd/4th place playoff so better he comes back a winner rather than a huge dissapointment.

Is Mane out of the Norwich game now after reaching the final?

Almost certainly. The players are supposed to be given a 3 week break, which is until the day of the Norwich game. He will need a week or so back in training.

I wouldnt be surprised if you didn’t see Mane start a game until after first International break.

I'd say at least this point Gary, only right too, he's going to need a serious break or it will catch up on him later on in the season, that's the point of a squad too I guess!

“We now know Sadio will be back on the fifth (of August) and we can prepare the Norwich game as well,” said Klopp.

Think that’s only 2 weeks rest

Think he had a good rest before the African Nations cup
