The exact same for me. I also took a punt on the Wednesday from my nearest airport (Shannon) for €14.99. It doesn't fly on the Tuesday :D And I can't go on the Tuesday either. I expect it to be Tuesday now, due to Ajax cup final.

The only reason I can think of that we did not learn the time of the rearranged Newcastle match today is that the Leicester v Arsenal match will either be confirmed or need to be moved based on Arsenal's Europa League result tonight in Naples.

Man City Leicester is already on the Saturday at 12.30 and Everton on Friday night so is 8pm Sat kick off out of the question for the season?

I think we can assume with Arsenal getting an away goal tonight in Naples that their match v Leicester will now be part of a triple header of games on Sky on Sunday 28th April.

I have absolutely know idea if there are any circumstances for Sky to have the Newcastle v Liverpool or Bournemouth v Spurs match as a Saturday night kick off. However if it were to happen there would be more interest in showing a match in the race for the top 4 of either Arsenal v Brighton or Chelsea v Watford in the slot of the Liverpool match and dropping the television coverage of Everton v Burnley IMO.

Surely they will move the Newcastle game?? 1 day between that and the Barca game is madness and could cost us both titles.

How exactly are Liverpool getting a huge boost? There are 6 days between the 2 semi finals so the only option is to play the Newcastle League game on Saturday, it's a complete no brainer.

I never understand the UEFA fixture scheduling though of having 6 days between one tie and 8 days between another, surely the most equitable system would leave 7 days between both.

We'll play before City so for a change. Could the pressure tell?, here's hoping!

Looks like Sky have dropoped the Friday night coverage of the Everton match for the Arsenal v Brighton game.

Better than leaving it on the Sunday anyway which given their form for letting the TV companies call the shots could have been possible I suppose!

Fully agree on the Cl scheduling, one semi should be Tuesday to Tuesday and the other Wednesday to Wednesday
