Day before the 1/4 final 2nd leg and no thread, we are Mustard!!
Should get the job done, score early hopefully and kill any hopes they have.
1-2 Liverpool and on we go!!

We can lose this 3-1 and still go through. An early goal would be ideal and then just manage the game out from there.

There's little or no scope at all for us not scoring tomorrow night unless we have a Red Star style meltdown and us scoring at all is enough for us to go through. I imagine their ground is going to be hostile but we're a much better team, manage out the first 20 minutes and then suck the life out of them and grind them down like we did with Bayern, by the end of the game they won't even be trying anymore hopefully.

Tough decision between: (1) not conceding goals, and (2) Scoring ourselves. Away goals is vital, and that has us nearly through. But we have a 2 goal lead, so 0-0 would put us through too!

Some difference to this time last year with the way things are going atm. Last weeks game seemed like a welcome distraction, this weeks I just want to get it done asap. Hoping all goes well and we qualify as looks like we will and fingers crossed play UTD in semis.

I agree it's a welcome distraction. But I don't hope we play Utd in semi. It'll take their concentration away from the league, and they'll focus on beating us instead of City!

    0-2 to us tomorrow.

Lovren for Matip and Gini for Naby.

Was there any word on Hendo going off against Chelsea? He appeared injured on the field but looked grander afterwards. If slight concern, Milner in for him

Personally we just go and score and put it to bed

Liverpool squad: Fabinho, Van Dijk, Wijnaldum, Milner, Keita, Firmino, Mane, Salah, Gomez, Alisson, Henderson, Sturridge, Moreno, Lallana, Mignolet, Shaqiri, Robertson, Origi, Matip, Kelleher, Alexander-Arnold.

Like many have said an early goal would be ideal!
Be interesting to see how Klopp lines is up.
Gini, Milner are two who could get a start I reckon

Man picks up some amount of illness.

That Marega is a handful and even though I prefer Matip usually, Lovren is more suited to the physical battle

Should be a formality. They won’t stop us scoring . They won’t score 4. I’m more concerned with Cardiff Sunday . This game is just getting in the way.

Apparently Gomez will get a run tomorrow after playing for 23s, be nice to get an early goal to kill the tie and take the intensity out of the legs and get a rest into a few lads before sunday.
