What part of the ground are they in mate, I got severely restricted for Palace only realised after I bought them. Mine are in AL125 row 34. Are they actually that bad?
Got a lot of severely restricted as well this time; thought I would still prefer them over MSU as the atmosphere there is very bad imo. If 3ddigitalvenue.com works well, the view could be worse as per the attached screenshot. Any experiences from these seat?
Same, mine are row 35. You won't see the top of crossbar at Anfield road end with the roof over hang and when they attack the kop end everyone in front of you will stand up and you'll see nothing.
Agree with this. Like watching through a letterbox that keeps closing. Should really be discounted by a lot more more than a few quid
They're ridiculously bad seats. For Leicester there may be the odd spare seat near you that you could jump into instead My first ever match was in one of those seats. 5 goals in the game and I might have seen 2 of them at a stretch. Never again, pointless
Sorry for the bad news. All I can suggest is ringing the ticket office the week of the game a few times see if they've anything back they could swap them for.
Haha you're grand it's not your fault, I should have looked over the tickets I bought before checking out, but just wanted to check out as quickly as possible in case I lost the tickets.
The supporters club I am part of got the least amount of games I can remember for second half of the season. Club had to do a draw to allocate the ones they did get. Seems to be less tickets than ever, would love to see a split of where every goes. Must be more and more going to corporates. Asked Tony B on twitter if any info available on tbr spilt by members, Supporters club, corporates. Should be Some transparency on the chance you have of getting any tickets when buying membership. Got sorted myself but had 5 or 6 folks texting me in last two days saying they got nothing for second half of season despite having gone to 8 or 9 games from last season.
They really need to look at how they sell tickets based on loyalty. To tell someone on 13+ credits your guaranteed your games but turn around to someone on 12 credits and throw them in to a general sale makes no sense. They really need to bridge the gap between 13 and 4. Have a sale at something like 8 credits
Won’t be done because they think it’ll be too much of a closed shop then between ST holders, 13+ credit holders, 8+credits and so on. Main issue in their minds is that if same people go the majority of the time then very few of them are going to the club shop and spending money on merchandise and so on. Don’t agree with it but that’s the mindset
I wonder what the true price of a Liverpool ticket is based on the market demand, it seems at the moment that they're massively under priced for the demand that's there, it must frustrate the life out of the owners to know that tickets they sell to someone for 40 pounds are actually worth well over a hundred on the market. Of course it would depend on the individual game but still it's a great pity to see touts making money off tickets and it seems to be near impossible to stop them.
Asking Barrett is pointless. All he seems to do is say that his role doesn’t allow him do this that or the other. On Twitter yesterday he said ticket sale nothing to do with him. He is suppose to be the Fans liaison officer ffs. Nobody expects him to sit in an office and dish out the tickets but it is probably the number one concern for most of us. A few twitter conversations I have had with him about ‘supporters issues’ wouldn’t inspire much optimism tbh. The
On the other hand if everyone with a card that was trying to go to one or two matches a season had a chance they'd still sell plenty from the club shop.
I think if we tell our contacts who are 'desperate' for tickets to only pay face value via IK members and ticket office before game/after kick off that would help reduce touting
The Pernicious One is of a well informed opinion that the “spend more money in the club shop” theory is a large dose of “cock a poo poo”, to be concise!
It's like pissing in the wind mate especially now when tickets are getting impossible to get. Closing the shop with a season ticket idea where tickets are sold at a fraction of their true value is a breeding ground for touts who can get their hands on them as demand will always massively outstrip supply.
