Man City 4/1 to win the champions League whilst their next round opponents and La Liga leaders Real Madrid are 14/1, that is madness. City have no European pedigree of note which does count for a lot in Europe and I just don't get that discrepancy in price. I think we deserve to be favourites and I'd worry most about Madrid and PSG if we can get over Atletico.
I only realised yesterday the paddy powers in shop machine will let you do 'related bets' and take the prices on each. I thought 11/2 and 4/1 on us winning the champions league and f.a. cup was really good given the miserly prices we often get in the bookies. Showed the docket to a villa supporting neighbour of mine in the pub last night and he thought 11/2 was bad odds trailing atletico going into the second leg, he asked when i put it on . When I told him just about an hour ago and that we were 4/1 for champions league before the first leg he thought that was scandallous. I just couldn't believe I could double up the two bets, that seemed too good to be true to me
I scribbled down a 5 fold today thinking 4 matches in the early rounds of the league cup is asking to lose a few quid. I'd never have believed benfica would be the one of the three who'd cost me tonight and that both Newcastle and villa would win but my 5 fold would still be already gone

That's a little double for the machine, going to the counter it would probably count as a related bet even though it's a different liverpool team in each competition. How does paddy power come up with the odds ? we are 11/2 to reach c l final, i'd want nearly that on reaching the semi final. The idea of backing it is even madder in my eyes when we are 14/1 to win it out, if we manage to reach the final its either dortmund who won it once, 1 of 2 sides desperate to win it who haven't yet which could play into our hands or bayern munich who I'd see as the most awkward one but still 5 and a half times your stake to reach the final and 14 times to win it out. I think 11/2 is miserly and 14 is really good anyway
Usually do an 8 or 9 fold acc on Saturdays (over 1.5 goals). Small stake. Payout usually between 15 an 20/1. Not havin much luck this season. Been close a few times. Yesterday, of all 3pm games in English leauges. Only 4 with less than 1.5 goals. Thats 4 out of 37. ............. and I had 2 of them.......... Sunderland 100% home record against Charlton. Who are struggling near bottom and have just sacked manager. Charlton won 0 - 1 Luton at home. Good scoring record. V Hull. Struggling. Conceding goals etc.... Luton only manage one goal.. Will keep trying as one winning return Covers loses. Fun way to spend Saturdays, watching the scores come in

All 12 games in leauge one last night had over 1.5 goals. 11 out of 12 games in leauge 2 had over 1.5 goals. Just my luck I had that game in leauge 2 to let me down on my acc. These 2 divisions and National leauge are really good for over 1.5 goals
