Yeah too pricey for me especially when the kids tend to wreck things.

I bought a pair of cheap and cheerful bluetooth headphones there a few months back on Amazon to use in the gym and for running and that and I have found them excellent. They may not be exactly what you're after but they're under budget and I've found no issues with them at all.

I bought a pair of Plantronics Backbeat FIT 500 on sale on Amazon for less than 50 last year. They are great, really long battery life, decent sound, excellent range (much better than my Bose ones) and they were designed specifically for the gym. They are sweat resistant and have buttons on the cups so you can change volume, pause/play and skip/change tracks. They are really good for making/receiving phone calls too. For your budget, I'd highly recommend taking a look at them. They come in 2 colours Teal and Black, the Teal ones usually go on sale and are about 25quid cheaper than the black ones.

I don't have any over ear wireless but can highly recommend the Creative Outlier Sports Lightweight Bluetooth headphone on amazon:

edit: sorry tried posting amazon link but not working.

Creative also sell over ear wireless headphones: https://en.creative.com/p/headphones-headsets?filters=305|306

Also have a pair of the i10 tws which are the apple lookalikes. I bought them from dhgate but can be got these days from amazon and others.

There is a great thread on boards bargain alerts which might be worth a review with plenty of feedback from various users: https://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2057792116

Xiaomi Redmi Airdots from Ali express. 12 hour battery life. Great sound and neat in the ear. About €30 I believe. Would recommend.

Don’t get a set or Air Pods from Apple anyway. Got a set to see what they are like, and one of the pods keeps falling out of my ear in the gym.

Nice and sleak alright in a lovely box and great sound but they keep falling out.

Yeah earphones shaped like that never stay in my ear. You can get a rubber cover for them off Ebay or Amazon that helps them stay in. That's what I like about the Xiaomi airdots, they stay in when running etc. Welded into the ear!

Thought I'd indulge myself with an obscenely priced purchase of those Galaxy buds but not a sniff of stock in any of the retail park tech shops today.

Must be holding stock back as "freebies" with the samsung s range coming out.
