General query.... Do you need to receive a physical fan card before trying to buy tickets via the official site? Or do you receive you fan card number upon signing up?
When you sign up you have to wait 24 hours before you can buy a match ticket, youll get your membership card in the post forget how long it takes to recive the membership card.
Quick question. If you have a ticket for a game on your members card if you enter an additional members sale can you buy more tickets? I have one for Huddersfield but looking for one more, will I be able to buy a 2nd ticket if I try in addional sale later in year with the same members login?
You can only buy one ticket per members card for each game - you can link multiple cards to your log in and buy extra tickets on those - if they don't already have the same game recorded on that card
Next year i will qualify for the 4+ sales and i've bought the mrs a membership there seeing as it was only 10er for rest of the season. I'm just wondering does anyone know if i manage to get tickets in 4+ sale next year on my card can i pick up a pair and add one to her card even if she doesnt have 4+ credits seen as im purchasing on my account?
Fuck ill have to chance my arm so and try get 4 on her card even tho theres only 6 games left. Could be do able i only purchased my membership the day before palace game and ive got every game since then 4/4
Won't be possible to get to 4 from scratch now unfortunately. Watford, Burnley & Huddersfield the only games left the new card is eligible for.
Have they moved the goal posts to needing history from 2 years back 16/17 for the remaining games this year?
Spotted that yesterday too but only glanced at it, I though it was games from last season required, your right though 2 years back is strange
