Well lads I know this is a bit off topic but here goes Doing my full driving test on Monday and I’ve just found out that I’ve a worn out CV boot on front left of car.Mechanic has told me car is driveable and there is no danger of anything serious happening as it is only a small car.Dont exactly have the money to get it fixed at the minute so do any of ye reckon that it will be ok to do the driving test?Only way it’s noticeable is when steering wheel is locked to one side and you can hear a clicking sound,or will the tester fail straight away if he hears it?TIA
Hi All, I am looking for a tiler, got a price for a job on a small bathroom that I think is on the high side. Wouldn't mind running it by someone in the know or indeed giving someone a nixer
anyone know any crowd that collect the 'bag skips'. There's an official company that is on the bag when you buy it but wondering if there's anyone cheaper out there
Just be carefull, theres loads of people going around collecting skip bag and rubbish bags for a cheap price, if you use them make sure theres no letters with your name on them in with the rubbish. My neighbor and mate have got big fines after using these lads as there rubbish was dumped somewhere and inspecters found there names on bills/letters.
Any mechanics on here north Dublin that be interested in doing a full service on my motor or any recommendations Santry area. Thanks
No, her dad ended up doing it as a favour in the end. I have never seen tradesmen so scarce in all my life. Extortionate charges, €200 day rates, I will reserve my sympathies next time there is a economic down turn that is for sure.
Hi, I'm looking for someone to install a Freeview satellite dish, for BBC and ITV and all the rest. The work can only be done on a weekend as it is for my workplace and the facilities management would probably say no if we asked for permission. I can buy the equipment myself or else we can have a chat about supplying too....
There's a lad in another thread who has a son who is a graphic designer. Not sure of his thoughts on football
