No the fact is along with the mancs were the best supported team in the world, and that clown left us in a time warp and never brought us on, 10 f***** years ago he diluted his shares but made sure he hung onto 51% and got £22m from Granada to start work aon a stadium that was to cost £90m still no stadium, wheres the money David, he stood by and watched as the mancs closed in on every record, and in the words of Steve Morgan he'd rather sell to the devil than to me and that he did. Our club should be competing for signings like this if he'd done the right thing but he saw the money and did'nt give a f*ck and sold the club to a Cancer that will destroy us, I really dont believe people realise the serious of the situation, RBS are giving them a refinance and will keep doing so as long as were still in the Premier league it does'nt even matter if we dont get into the Champions league, somebody even posted on this Reds Settlement thread last week saying we had a lucky escape with DIC, lucky escape with DIC sweet Jesus like were doing great at the minute are'nt we this is the sh*t that people think , its sickning as I know this season we came so close and the right backing this summer could set the club up for the next 10 years with 3 major signings, but its not gona happen and we'll just be also rans while Moores sits there from the Directors box every week.

Moores is a strange one-he does genuinely love the club imo and since LFC had been in the Moores family for so many years he put emotion and sentimentality (reluctance to sell the club) ahead of doing what was best for us-selling us to someone wealthier who could make us competitive financially.

He is largely responsible for us lagging so far behind other clubs financially but personally I think his bad decisions and reluctance to sell wasnt solely about money-his desperation to be the man to bring us the premier league crown was also a major factor which clouded his judgement. It was too late by the time he realised he'd taken the club as far as he could.

For what its worth,Steve Morgan didnt have the financial power to get us where we need to be so we dodged a bullet there regardless of Moores motives at the time.

    SSN today

AC Milan have refuted suggestions that Brazilian playmaker Kaka is in talks with Real Madrid.

Reports on Tuesday suggested the Rossoneri had reached an agreement with their Spanish counterparts regarding the sale of their South American superstar.

An offer of around £65million was believed to have been agreed, with Kaka set to hold talks with Real in order to thrash out personal terms.

The former World Player of the Year has been strongly linked with a move to the Primera Liga for some time, with Madrid widely touted as his likely destination.

Those rumours have intensified of late, following Florentino Perez's return to the Real presidential hot-seat.
