I started reading this book recently by Declan Lynch. It's a diary about him betting on the net over six months with flashbacks to his past on various gambling stories.

He looks into how internet gambling has risen and how people who would usually only have a flutter now and again will now bet on any sport going.

Worth a read if you are into the odd flutter or three.
