    Bought Res Evil 5 on the xbox there in march

    Never opened the package until now, put the disk in and it updated the game then said disc cant be read.

    No receipt, no nothing, what a waste of effin money

    What did you buy it? If you bring it back to the shop, I am sure they could scan the barcode and see you bought it there a few weeks ago. Worth a shot anyway

    Bought a present of a DVD set before christmas ond one of the DVD didnt' register either. Luckly i had a receipt but it pissed me off. Got it changed.

    I bought a DVD box set in HMV ages back...Desperado, Once upon a Time in Mexico and El Mariachi all sealed and when I finally had some time I got the few beers and snacks ready, ready to see Salma Hayek and opened the box and there wasn't even a DVD inside the pack.....HMV wouldn't credit the sale as I couldn't provide them with the DVDs...they wouldn't listen to the fact that I never got the fookin' DVDs....raging!!!

    If you used a credit card or laser bring in your statement & that should do the job mate.

    Sorted it was an issue with the xbox

    No need to return it or go back to shop - have it woking :)

    If thats recent mate, complain to Consumer Affairs ... often they can help, weak as you may feel your circumstances are etc.
