Read this in the paper at lunch disgusting behaviour How can any one try a sue a person who carried out an emergency procedure on your child and then to put a figure of 38000 on his loss of video footage. Where did he get this figure from ?? 1000 a second?? This proud father got wat he deserved
that is an absolute joke..... to sue them for breach of contract because a nurse tried to help the childs airway problems.... are we going the way of the US??
my thoughts exactly when i first read it.years ago you'd only hear pieces like this from the u.s,hence the saying "only in america" but its got so closer to home it scary.
Well he should have to, he will be ordered to but because he's a non national the gov will prob be landed with it. This is why people have no respect for lawyers, most of them are parasites. No solicitor should accept this case or mislead their client into believing they could actually win. The only winners here are the lawyers on both sides that get costs paid.

what an idiot, he would rather his new born child struggle for life for a few moments while he can record it. what a waste of a courts time, this idiot should be made to pay the fees and compensation to the midwife
