Lads i tried to withdraw money from my ladbrokes online account they are asking me for my account number & sort code etc. however they are asking me for an IBAN Number & BIC Code??? Does anyone know what these are? I havent a breeze.

It should all be on the front of your ATM card if you have 1. For what its worth everytime im withdrawing from Laddies I just go to the shop and do it over the counter! I have to do mine in Dundalk so I usually ring ahead to let them know and they get stg for me. Just make sure the amount you want to withdraw is in your Sports account and bring ID and your username with you. Handy enough.
if you have a current account statement handy it should be on that. that's where i got them numbers when i withdrew money from laddies.
Most of the time the reason they ask for this information is for licenisng purposes. Things are getting pretty strict in Europe and some EU countries are even banned from gambling. However by the end of the year, pretty much every retail bookmaker will have a system that will let you withdraw via cash from shops.
Yeah your user name for your sports account eg: Denashpot Also sometimes they ask you the security question you set on your account!
feck, i dont remember any security question. i think i'll do the lazy thing and do it on-line instead.
