ok lads, i think its time to put the wigan game to bed, i think we all need to move on and focus on the next game and get behind our team. while the last few weeks have been very frustrating for all off us and rafa has made some very strange decisions a win against chelsea could kick start the remainder of the season for us cause god knows we need it... united beat them a few weeks ago and it seems to of given them some life since for those of us going to the game we all know what to do and thats support our team once they hit the pitch, leave all the anger and the frustration for the pubs(i will be more than happy to listen to you if you buy me pints)... some people dont believe we will the league (im having doubts myself)but the reality of it is that we are still in the mix of it with plenty of games to go, any sort of a run over the next 6 weeks leading up the united game on the 14th of march and you never know... come on redmen!!!!

yossi had a good game on Wednesday do you think he might force his way into the team..kyut not to play..? think the team will as you say with kyut in for yossi..
id like to see babel on the right cuz hes got ability to beat people but looks awkward on the left. tries to cut in too much. plus with cole at lb kuyt will probably get the nod as he tracks back more
Change the team names and this comment seems to be said after every game in the last 10 weeks. I actually expect us to beat chelsea as they'll have ago and we'll grind them down, its pompey the week after you know we'll make a bollox of, we could win are remaining games vs the top sides but will shoot ourselves in the foot elsewhere.
look i dont want to turn this into another negative thread but i think you have 6 defansive players already without adding kuyt as well, i like yossi, i know lots of ye dont. fcuk it he looked in a bit of form last nite, why not play him? having said that i know kuyt will start and he will run his bollx off but will there be a finish product? i don't know hopefully.
i agree and want him too start ahead of kyut. the team i said was what i thought rafa would pick. kyut was rested on wed so it looks like he is in the game wsunday. hope not. one of our problems is that stevie and torres score all our goals. yossi might not be prolific but he will chip in with a few where as kyut ...
i'm not a manager, never even that great a player but the way i see it, you have your back4 your 2 holding midfielders so your 2 wide men should be given a licence to bomb on and not be as worried as they are with the other teams full backs. if you attack and send a few good crosses in early doors the full backs wont be very fast going forward themselves. fcuk it i'll do the job next year
Thats definitely a strong line-up.......but I do have my doubts about rieras ability to play both winger and goalkeeper.A better option imo would be to play that pepe lad-hes supposed to be handy enough
I dunno mate.yossi was good last night but in fairness dirk seems to do the business in the big games and with ashley coles runs up the touchline,I'd rather dirk was there to help arby from time to time.
i htink the problem with rafa is he tries to keep the best players for big matches last night for example he took off torres and gerard when he thought the match was won and look what happened thats what the problem is beat all the top teams and darw with everyone else
