Ajax Amsterdam in that case, lot of Dutch people refer to the Dam as the Capital. I thought Rotterdam was d'oh...The Hague is where their Government sit.

You cant, the government dont just sit in the Hague, its the Capital. They made it that to stop arguments between amsterdam and rotterdam

I checked it out myself and according to their government website Amsterdam is the capital.
