    yea good news indeed.

Like the way arsenal play but they seem to reek of arrogance. Esp fabregas.

I used to hate arsenal with a passion. boring 1-0s never endeared them to me. They beat us 2-0 (when Niall Quinn scored I think) around chritstmas when I was young and I remember it ruined christmas for me. They stole the league with Michael Fuppin Thomas' goal....

But I have to say, in recent years, paricularly since arse took over , they have become "the good-guys" in many premiership battles against the evil scum empire. That they play an attractive brand of foot ball, that he is clearly far more intelligent than and has more than held his own in mind games with slur Alex, Mr Wenger has endeared himself, and as a result his team to me. Though he has spent a fair amount of money, it pales in comparison to what united, chelsea, spurs and ourselves have, but look at the quality he developed.
Bergkamp was a laughing stock in Italy
Henry a pacy winger...now a world class striker
    Who was Patrick Viera??
All were given a stage on which to parade their skill, slight imperfections were accepted and players played to their strenghts, gained confidence, then became world class players

And now he has developed van persie, Fabregas, Denilson, Toure, and several kids and looks like having the most exciting bunch of players (outside anfield of course!!)

He has done a great job. I am now an arsenal sympathiser and will support them against any team except us (and as long as we are safely ahead of them).

I did get ridiculed on this site some time ago when I suggested this would be a big season for the gunners....Maybe some people will be more concerned now

He's a fantastic manager, one of the all time greats in English football history. Love his attitude & approach. Best of luck to them in the race for second....
