anyone following this, last race today at 5,brazilian grand prix, massa on pole,7 points behind hamilton who's 4th on the grid, should be an exciting end to the season, alonso is 6th on the grid and i have a feeling he'll try to take hamilton out at the start, alot of bad blood there.
hope hamilton wins it, he is a normal lad from a working class background and it will be a good promotion for the sport.
is murray walker back doing the commentry - that would be a treat that man is without the best commentator in the world
murray has just turned 85 so i doubt it lol,but his commentary is what got me into f1,he could turn a boring race into an exciting one, that martin brundle does my head in,and all the adverts during the race, thank god its going back to the bbc
some murray walker quotes lol There are seven winners of the Monaco Grand Prix on the starting line today, and four of them are Michael Schumacher. There's nothing wrong with the car except that it's on fire And that just shows you how important the car is in Formula One Racing. Eight minutes past the hour here in Belgium - and presumably eight minutes past the hour everywhere in the world. He can't decide whether to leave his visor half open or half closed. I don't know what happened, but there was a major malmisorganization problem there. I should imagine that the conditions in the cockpit are totally unimaginable. IF is a very long word in Formula One; in fact, IF is F1 spelled backwards. Now he must not go the wrong way round the circuit, and unless he can spin himself stationary through 360 degrees I fail to see how he can avoid doing so. With half the race gone, there is half the race still to go. You can cut the tension with a cricket stump.
ha ha ha - did you guys see the ferrari group celebrating then realising that glock cost them the championship Priceless. well done lewis
Great last race...although i've always been a Raikkonen fan and mikka hakkinen before him, i wanted Lewis to win today, not because he's a favourite of mine, but because he's what the sport needs at the moment, to revitalize the popularity of F1 since the departure of Schumacher...
Hamilton was steeped to have won the title had Massa won it he would have deserved it due to most grand prix victories. Only for Timo Glock Brazil would have had its first world champion since Aryton Senna. Hopefully, Aryton Senna's nephew will be the one to revitalise F1, Hamilton is not liked in the Paddock among the drivers. Its a pity Alonso wasn't in a better car, hopefully he will be in the prancing horse sooner rather than later.
Classic finish to the season, like a last minute winner in football, I had a fair few quid on Hamilton at the start of the season. I thought it was over with a few corners to go. F1 is not the most exciting sport in the world, but the last two seasons the drama has been superb. Last year I had backed Hamilton at 20/1 for the title and was sick as a parrot back then. Fair play to him. The whole scenario with Glock falling back is a bit strange though
