Michael Shields Judicial Review Date set

Here's hoping he's home for Crimbo

Michael Shields, the wrongly jailed Liverpool fan, has had a date for his Judicial Review in the High Court set, following calls for a review of Jack Straw's decision to refuse a pardon which would see Michael be freed, after serving over 3 years for a crime he did not commit.

The Judicial Review will be held on 4th December 2008 at the High Court in London.

Let's hope that this will finally see Michael rightly freed.

lets just hope the courts see sense and release michael .. he and his family have been through so much ...so fingers crossed.

 

hope he gets the justice he deserves no man should have to serve time or a crime they didnt commit but sadly it happens. my thoughts will be with him on the 4th of dec.
