Feeling lazy and not wanting to queue I decided to order the away jersey with Torres 9 on the back from the on-line clubshop. For the craic I added on the premier league badges as they were only a fiver for the pair. When I recieved the jersey it only had one premier league badge on so I sent it back. Over two weeks later I got a package back from them. However this time it was the new black euro away kit with no printing. I know that the jersey isn't out yet and it's cool that I have it but yet again they have screwed up my order.
Has anyone else had a bad experience with the online clubstore and if so what should I do considering it's two messed up orders?

The online store is quite expensive; far better going to a sports shop particularly up north; you get jerseys cheaper.
I try my best to avoid the online store, if I'd really want something I'd try and hold out for the next trip over and pick it up at the club shop. Last thing I got on it was the European Cup final program which didn't seem to exist in Athens at all at all. It was sent out fairly sharpish, though with p&p taking into consideration, it did end up a little on the pricey side.

That would be gas if he got my jersey and I got his!! Tell me this though - does anyone know where to get the jersey printed with the Euro font? I'm not sure which is the more logical to get. We may only use the black one in the premier league against Arsenal or Boro away. That's three in total in the premier league and if we top that in Europe I'll be suprised.
I live on the northside and work on the southside so location isn't a problem.

I taught I seen one in the club shop a while ago I will pass the info on,I don't see the point in them myself but there you go different strokes for different folks.

What's also fairly frustrating is the fact that alot of the stuff on the site isn't available in the club shops in Liverpool plus the massive price difference in items depending on what medium you use to purchase it.
To be fair LFC ain't the best when it comes to the marketing/merchandise side of things

you can get long sleeve shirts Here (http://www.subsidesports.com/uk/store/product_list.jsp?id=402&mid=-1&oby=&hos=0&srs=-1&txtSearch=&cmbPriceStart=-1&cmbPriceEnd=-1&page=1&brc=)
anytime you see someone with a nice adidas lfc t-shirt I got to the club shop and they dont stock it online
most of the decent stuff they have online is usually sold out all the time
I never buy online because the postage is too expensive
