Watched it. Strange watchin players been pulled to the ground by their shorts and getting away with it. Two great goals by us. Solid Aussie challenge in the last few minutes nearly cut right through one of our players cant remember who bu he was still winded at the end. Had a big lead at one stage but they got it back to a point at the end pity as the agg score will win it out.

Only caught the last 2 quarters. Well worth a watch later on RTE. We threw it away in the last quarter ... Aussies are probibly fitter and stronger.

Camble Browns tackle was a disgrace. He showed no intent to play the ball. I would have red carded him for dangerous play.

good game and fair play on the win but im not confident for the next game.

One thing to note,i wouldnt fancy taking a hit form sean cavanagh,he would suit the aussie game perfectly

Tend to agree Raven. The aussies usually do better as the game progresses and usually are at their best in the second game.

I dont know about others but I think that the rules of the game are biased in our favour.
Good win for us today, with a bit of luck it would be great to sneak the next game and the tie.

I wouldn agree there from what I see earlier today the rules tend to side with the aussies, like having to let go the ball when on the ground and the two handed tackle well thats if they played that but the ref seemed to miss that.

Yea on the tackling front you are right but the scoring and the ball , we definitely have the advantage.
