    Manchester City owner Thaksin Shinawatra today had a second set of arrest warrants issued against him in his native Thailand.

    The former Thai prime minister and his wife are the subject of a police inquiry into the couple’s alleged violation of stock-trading laws.

    May not have sought extradition yet, or they may have and screwed it up, may not be any extradition agreement in place between UK and Thailand, he may argue he can't get a fair trial in Thailand etc etc etc
