Yep saw it too, on his left upper arm, just below t-shirt sleeve. Fair play to him.

He was beside us in the stadium in Istanbull. I have a pic of him anyway.

We're undecided as of yet D-Red. Dependin on the result of the Dublin game, we'll have "planned" "winning Leinster" or "going the Qualifier route for more games".

    Delete as applicable :D

    :D

Paddser mate, I'd delete the "winning Leinster" bit with a big thick permanent marker!

Joking aside, Leinster is cack anyway. Regardless of which of us wins it, you know it's gonna be the usual suspects come the All-Ireland Semi's (barring another miracle year for the Wexford lads  )

And Meath the previous year ;)

I'm hoping Limerick can get a bit of momentum and put up a good show if they get to the Munster final.

Couldn't agree with you more Kopfan. The best draw possible for us. Both teams will be under new management, and what better motivation for us than the Dubs in Croker. Also I don't think we're as bad as we seemed last year, and the Dubs must be disillusioned to a point at this stage.

The Meath County Final is on TG4 this Sunday, should be a good game.

It's a Dublin v Westmeath, Leinster Semi next year.

    Music to a meathman's ears i'm sure ;)

Ha! I remember that "You'll never beat the Royal" song getting belted around Croke Park back when ye had a good side. You never hear that anymore! It's on alright Paddser! (I only wish it wasn't another 7 months away...)

Ah we might have an O'Byrne Cup dust up in early 2009 to sustain us.

Plus if ye set off now, ye might get in to Croker in time for throw in ;)

just saw that it limk v waterford int he hurling - a chance for justin to get a bit of sweet revenge. i'm actually half optimistic that we can have another good season with him as manager. he gets his team extremely fit, not afraid to drop big names and will cut out the crap off-field like boozing between games etc. for too many years politics has played too large a role in limerick GAA. i hope justin goes in, picks his own selectors, what he believes to be his best 15 and gives it an honest lash. munster hurling isnt fabulous at the moment - tipp are prob the strongest, cork in transition and waterford in depression. clare havent been that great in a decade but are really tough and could beat anyone oa a given day. i fancy limk to win munster nest year - and kilkenny to walk the 4 in a row

some great games to look forward to Limerick v Waterford and Cork v Tipp in the hurling and Armagh v Tyrone and of course Dublin v Meath(always an interesting match) in the football, a long time to go before it all kicks off though but im sure we can find something to do between now and then say Liverpool winning the Premiership and Champions League

Think you might be a bit optimistic thinking Limerick and Waterford will be a great game. This will be one of those games with more hype than substance. Whoever wins will be hyped up for despite a soft passage to the munster final and whoever loses will be written of as has beens. Either way neither will be within an roar of croker next September.
I'd say Clare are bit miffed to be drawn in the other half and whoever loses the Q.F between Tipp and Cork will come roaring through the back door.

In leinster i hope offaly beat Wexford out the gate for the sacking of a man who's done well with them. laois will be a bit miffed at drawing Galway again while Dublin and Antrim will come down to where it's played i'd say.
Probably be KK,Galway,Dubs and offaly in the semi's which will be interesting if an open draw.

How good are Dublin at Hurling?

Should they beat Antrim in the first round??

Fair play to Conor Mortimor on the Liverbird Tat!!
