TNA is a new brand of American Wrestling that's been going around for a few years, alot of the wrestlers that were fired from WWE have been drafted to TNA aka Booker T, Kurt Angle and so on.
I've been to the point with my young fella a few times to see WWE and they've been great never been to a TNA gig but they're all a good laugh and TNA is up and coming.

alot of the older wrestlers prefer it because aparently the schedule is lighter. Thats why kurt angle went because of his injuries and it being easier on them with the lighter schedule.

Apart form the fact its all guys throwing themselves around a ring to me, my main worry is will my 6 year old know any of them or will it matter ?
He asked me to get him a tee with some dude on it last week from the wwe ,so he has faces he can relate to . Would going to the tna be like bringing you lad to see everton when he wants to watch liverpool?

Thanks again.

I don't think anything could be as bad as going to see Everton !! yeah if he's only 6 he probably won't get TNA because he'll be waiting to see all his favourite stars from WWE. The biggest star TNA has is Kurt Angle.

TNA have been around since a year after Vince bought WCW. Jeff Jarrett and his brother own it. They have been in Ireland a few times, All-Star wrestling was their first name used. Angle to me is still one of the best wrestlers around and he is worth the trip alone along with Booker, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Sting, Nash, Christan and more....

WWE is stale and repetetive, HHH always in title fray, same guys at top (ok so CM punk had a run) and Orten and Batista have the charm and poise of an itchy verruca (between them) and generally stale with some exceptions (Y2J, Edge, Kennedy etc). Never the same since Austin and Rock left. Angle and Christain (My heart beats for me peeps, best wrestler ever IMO) going deepened the demise and with the tragic deaths of Benoit and Guerrero, I find it hard to stomach now, especially with the way they use Guerreros wife.

TNA has not really delivered on its promise. I expected it to really go toe to toe with WWE when Angle and Chrisitian signed, and with Sting (past it but great character), AJ styles and Samoa Joe, Booker T etc, I think they have an excellent product. . I have been to several wrestlemanias and Royla rumbles in the past but would certainly be more tempted to go to a TNA events over WWE these days.

Austin only does the odd PPV now, no chance of him touring with the WWE at all. He did headline one of the Irish shows about 3 years ago when they did an outdoor event in the RDS.

The fact is the backstage stuff and mike work has always been more entertaining that the actual matches expecially when you know the outcome before the fight starts.

This is where TNA wins hands down Kurt Angle and Christian are the best in the business Chris Jericho is probably the only one in the WWE that can match them.

WWE's decline started with the Rock leaving. Stone Cold has his What? chant but the Rock was a catchphrase machine who wasnt afraid to take the piss out of himself his rendition of Smackdown Hotel being a highlight.
