i've been offered a Tkt in the Hogan Premium Level for the Dublin/Tyrone Game next Sat,i've never been up there before for a Match and i already have a Hill tkt for next Week but wouldn't mind sampling it.
has anyone ever been in the Premium Level before and if so what's it like?
what sort of Crowd does it attract?
the last thing i want is to be Sat beside a load of Knobs who don't know their Arse from their Elbow when it comes to Football and are only there for a Piss up.....

Im sure there will be an element of both knobs there for the beer and those for the football, but you'll have a great view and probably get the dinner too (not sure how it works!) so it would be a good experience!

I agree. Take it and experience it once. And if you don't like it you can stand on the Hill when we're playing in the Semi-Finals :D

he's actually up in the Corporate Box for this one, free Drink and Grub.he's offering me the Tkt he'd normally use in the Premium Level...
if i didn't already have a Tkt i'd Defo take it but my Fear is i'll be Sat with a load of Pricks and Looking down on the Hill with Envy.from what a few of you have been Saying that looks a possibility.

Do not go!The place is mecca for the prawn sandwich brigade.I was up there for the Cork v Waterford replay last year with my cousin and despite the fact it was a freebie from the old mans work I spent the whole time wishing I was on the hill instead. We were the only genuine fans in the section and every cheer or criticism of the ref was met with glares and snide comments from the d4 twats and there wives who were only there on business.Never again!

Seriously you wil be surrounded by suits and ol lads!! And not the type of ol lads you would find in the hill people who have probably never watched a Dublin match before but got a free ticket in work so decided to go just to have a look and they literally just sit there it is dead up there definatly go to the hill!!!!

Yep, agree with the all comments, Its not too bad if you are not reallly following the teams playing, but if you want to shout your head off etc. you will get dirty looks and the suits will be calling for security.

I would rather stand on the hill any day esp for a big match.

Its a bit like Liverpool/United and standingon the KOP or sitting near the suits in the main stand.

I'd not quite go that far, but it' certainly going to be quieter ...

Good views, some cover if it rains and reasonably good access to food and drink (bars sell Guinness, Carlsberg, Bulmers in Pint Bottles and a couple of other drinks as I recall)

Down side is the lack of atmosphere in comparison to the Hill I'm afraid.
