Has Harrington got a chance at even Par on the turn 3 shots off the lead? Considering most of the players in fromt of him had to play there third round today?

Watching it here and hoping against hope he can do it- but I have a feeling he may fall just short this time. Backed him and Westwood at the start at as Armaghred points out i only have one hope!

Agree would love to see him do it but he is just not picking up any shots, If he is going to win it he needs the guys ahead to start dropping shots i feel more them losing it than him winning it.

He is playing some good stuff alright, Would like to see him win it if harrington cant

Harrington 2 behind, Garcia will be worried after what happened in the open in 07 going to be a great finish

Oh its on now, I have a feeling this is going to a play off, And as 5forkeeps said Garcia will be worried, Jus listening to Butch Harmon he was saying the main difference between Harrington and garcia is Harrington has won 2 majors and knows he can win where a Garcia hasnt won one yet and the first is always the hardest to win

Come on Padriag in the hole :)

Garcia in the water at the 16th, great chance for Padraig to take advantage...which he didn't.

Bump- pure legend- 4th player ever to win back to back British Open and USPGA in the same year. Who'd have thought all those years ago when he couldn't win a tournament and everyone thought he was the perpetual bridesmaid. What strenght of character, what a golder, what an Irish man.

From the bridesmaid to three time major champion. Padraig is truly one of the greatest sportsmen in Irish history. The Padraig Slam is on next year. Roll on the Ryder Cup, Harrington, Garcia and Stenson in the top 5.

Serious shot, fair play to him, he seems to be finally able to keep the mental edge when the pressure is on, and in fairness to him he is playing really aggressively, which is great to see and great to see him getting rewarded for.

Another fantastic day for Irish Sport. Hope he has many more, seems like a true gentleman.

, seems like a true gentleman.

yeah no problem for him to stand there for 10 mins joking with fans, mainly kids and signing autographs. I;m sure many others would have claimed to be too busy or whatever. Nice to see.

Great to watch.

Didn't see him coming through this after his display on friday, but fair play he has his head sorted now and to achieve what he has in a year or so, best sports person from Ireland in my opinion. Also My Torrence take a bow! you deserve all the praise for sorting his head out!!!
