I was scouring through a rival LFC fan forum today when i came across a thread about LFC chants and songs.Everyone has there favs (mine is gary macca really has stood the test of time)and no clubs fans in the world can match the LFC fan for composing lyrics and melodies to some of the greatest songs and chants ever."youll never walk alone","every other saturday","the torres armband song" etc,etc the LFC list is endless. Personally id be useless at penning such things but when i hear a good one il do me best to learn it.Im really hoping the new sos cagan one takes off its a cracker and apparently it was ripped off a south american team by several british clubs.I have to admit though other than "youll never walk alone" the greatest fans chant i have ever heard anywhere in the world has to be panathinaikos "Horto Magiko",its absolute hairs stand on the back of your neck job up there with our anthem on champions league nights. Whats your favorite LFC song? Have you been involved in the starting of any LFC chant? Is there any other clubs songs you envy and would love to hear LFC fans sing? Can we get 42000 singing at all LFC games? any views?
just youtubed that Horto Magiko and it's impressive allright but nothing beats YNWA on a big Euro Night.... i've always wondered what George says at the end but have never been able to make it out
he said something along the lines of i want to thank each and every on eof you for tonight doin this for 30 odd years but tonight took the biscuit thank you
Just looked up every other saturday tune on you tube and its also sung by the blue side of glasgow. Didnt know they had that in their locker!!
I was in queens square for the 1st leg of semi against chel this year that was the 1st time id heard sos cagon(got belted out for about 4hrs solid)but it never really seemed to take off before the end of last season. There seems to be a couple of worded versions floating around and i suppose until such time as its agreed which is the best it il float around in purgotry, which is a shame because i could see the whole ground gettin behind it and crankin it up!!!!!!its that type of song...ah well heres hopin.

When I was at the Liverpool legends match there were a few good ones going: Fergies right, your fans are sh*te Fergie right, your fans are sh*te We won it 3 times We won it 3 times In '81 we won it 3 times
My favourite was the "There's only 2 Andy Gorams" chant by the Celtic fans after Goram's schizophrenia had become public knowledge. Insensitive, childish and slightly cruel, but funny as feck!
