Themed Fantasy Footie Notice - Suspensions

Hi all,

Just checked out the Themed Fantasy Footie on PremierLeague.com, well done everyone on the 1st round of games - although 3 entrants haven't stuck to the rules outlined.

Let me restate that a max of 2 players can be selected from the Big 4 - and if 2 are selected, one MUST be from the home nations and the other MUST be foreign.

The following players haven't selected properly:

Sean Molony - Transformers - Carragher, Gerrard, Rooney, Hoyte, Hargreaves (too many players from Big 4)
Ger Mullins - GGGGGGGalway - Carragher, Gerrard, Giggs, Rooney (too many players from Big 4)
Colin O'Brien - So Longer - Friedel, Sagna, Clichy, Alonso, Ljungberg, Anelka, Fabianski, Boa Morte (Too many from Big 4 and too many foreigners)

I understand that most of you will have 2 teams and while checking your players it is easy to forget what team your picking. I almost did it myself. But remember that this is the Themed HOME NATIONS League.

Alter your players before the next round, failure to do so will result in suspension from the leasue.

Well thats a first, I've never been suspended from a themed fantasy footie league before :eek:

Oh well, looks like I'm going to have to try and redeem myself on block102.com and finish high up on that table, though not piercing the top 80 in the first weekend doesn't exactly set me up nicely for the season in that either :D

As long as everyone gets their teams sorted for the next round of games, nobody will be suspended. I was presuming that people got their teams mixed up.

The whole point of it was so that the whole Premiership would be selected and not just the same old top players.

Its unfair to people who stuck to the rules.

Don't worry Sean - it's early days yet. And with Everton 3-1 up at half time tonight it doesn't look like getting much better for me either :rolleyes:

That's mad. Never even knew I had a second team, never mind being entered in another league. I reckon I must have set that up when I was drunk or something. Must of let the site give me an automatic team and forgot to change it. You'll have to agree that somethings up when someone puts fabianski in there team. You just have to check my other team in the Irishkop league to see I'm not a total idiot, I swear:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I'll have a look tomo and use my wild card. Just, please, don't throw me out:D:D
