Sunderland need a center midfielder big time how on earth did York stay on the pitch that long...?also I taught McShane was Man of the Match the lad is going to be at the hart of the Irish defense for the next 10/15 years.
McShane was great alright, You gotta give Sunderland some credit here, I for one certainly didn't see this win coming ! (not that Im complaining mind you !) How long before they rename Sunderland to "The Ireland 11" ?
They only need 37 more points to be absolutely safe. Their midfield is not good enough at this level and they will struggle for goals. Agreed McShane looks very good. Still We play them soon. I think we should be able to put the squeeze on them. Dont see them getting much possession with our midfield.
