Name the 3 Ex-Reds players who were named as substitutes for Liverpool on 70 occasions or more in the premiership?
Well done Joe. Tony "Bonus" Warner tops the list of 3 with 89 times named as a substitute and he never even made a first team appearance while with the club between 1990 to 1999. He earned the nickname Tony Bonus, due to him receiving many win bonuses as a non-playing substitute, without ever playing a senior game for the club. Amazing stat that!!!
I reckon the dude (Dudek) could be up there aswell in terms of unused anyway, shadowed Reina for a full season and a half, and some time as back up to Kirkland a coiple of times too. Ill throw Super Danny Murphy and the Vlad into the mix aswell.
Dudek sounds like a good shout. I think Danny Murphy holds some record for an outfield player being on the bench but have no idea how many times you'd be talking
