    Well

    It's official:

Liverpool have confirmed that Florent Sinama-Pongolle has joined Spanish La Liga side RC Recreativo on a permanent transfer.

See HERE for the full LFC.tv article.

9 goals in 66 appearances was not good enough for us Im afraid, but I wish the fella well in his future ... appeared a decent lad, just not quite good enough for us :)

I wonder how much he went for ... no mention of it on the site ?

I thought he had plenty of enthusiasm, but often didn't know what to do with the ball once he got it. Best of luck to him.

Sky have him gones ages ago for 2.7m sterling- He just didn't quite convince either GH or Rafa but the Olympiacos game will live long in the memory and he was intigral part of that comeback. YNWA

I liked Sinama he was a great man for coming off the bench with his pace and changing a game. Olympiakos comes to mind like Gav003 said there. He scored a few in that Luton FA Cup Classic aswell didnt he. We went on to win both those events didnt we!

A decent player but not good enough to be a regular for a team with ambitions to win the Premier League. Hope he does well in Spain.

I wish the lad all the best, but he never quiet lived up to hype of being a great player when we signed him. apart from a few games here and there he was never going to attain hero status from the Kop.
