Post User Rating System.

    I see that a lot of forums are introducing a post user rating (green/red) system.

    You can give positive or negative feedback to users, if you wish, on posts they have submitted.

    A user community driven value system would be a nice addition to the forum.

    Any chance of this being implemented?
