Anyone know why the kick off time is down for the ridiculously early time of 3:30pm GMT? Or is this a misprint?

Weird alright.
Im on holidays that week in Spain, so Ill enjoy watching it on the box with a few early evening bevvies.

Thats a fair weird time 3.30 our time but its 4.30 their time so they probably finish work early in Toulouse

as far as i know it's a Public Holiday in France that Day.there's a full League Programme that Day and 2 Games are already Pencilled in for live TV that Evening so that's the reason for the early KO.
hopefully TV3 or TG4 will show it,if not it'll be a trip to some Boozer to watch it on some Foreign Channel....
