    Last years should still work for this year. They only replace them if you lose them AFAIK

    I think if you have a PTS your fancard was meant to be upgraded.
    Mine has not yet.

    One of my mates has applied for the fancard twice got no fancard and Liverpool took is money

    If he paid by CC he should get onto his Bank,they will sort it.

    Yea, only get a new fancard if you lose your orig, differtent for PTS though.

    Yeah, but they are bringing new ticket system in this season, no tickets issused, you will only receive receipts from now on, you will have to scan fan card at turnstiles as far as i'm aware. Not sure if its only for PTS members or all fan card holders (must be all Fan Card holders).

    I think its only pts members to start with and then they will try to bring it in for all, so you know yourself leave plenty of time to get in for the first few games as it will be much slower for the first few games !
