The former Thai PM Thaksin Shinawatra is coming under scrutiny. Human Rights Watch, have written to the Premier League questioning whether Shinawatra is a 'fit and proper person' to own a top-flight club. I for one am delighted that he wasn't successful with his attempt to buy Liverpool FC. He is facing coruption charges back in Thailand. His human rights record is appalling including the violent deaths of more than 2,500 people during a crackdown on drugs. He says that he is in for the long haul at Man City, five years or even longer. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11679_2634823,00.html

The current owners worried me at the start, was hearing too many sound bites from them, and seemed to be nothing like Moores who stayed well in the background. Since then though they really have put words into action with the new stadium and new players being brought in. Here's to the future.
