The new mario kart is meant to be brilliant on it. I played some of the games at xmas and if its like the house I was in, the kids will have a job getting playing it at all

When you get it just make sure you buy an extra controller and extra nunchuck so two people can use it

The best games are really all the Mario ones particulalry Super Mario Galaxy, Mario Cart, again if you get Mario Cart make sure to get a second wheel the official ones are €9.99, and the Mario v Sonic Olympics which will leave you shattered after about 20 mins.

Any of the cross platform games like Fifa and those arent great as the graphics arent as good as the PS3 or XBox 360.

Argos was the best place to get one around xmas - not sure if they're still the cheapest now.

    Wii sports is class
    mario kart is quality
Wii fit looks cool - out tomorrow

But a great game is sonic and mario at the olymipics

Make sure you buy an extra controller and a nunchuck

( if you but wii play you get a free controller with it just to let you know)

    you are ;)

it connects to your controller to use playing some games ,
so you have something in both hands . in the wii sport for example you only need the controller to play tennis (as you only have one racket) but in the boxing you need controller and nunchuck cause you'll be using both hands.

Mario Cart is an essential purchase with 2 steering wheels. Im addicted to it and although all you have to do is sit back in the chair and move the wheel like you would a real car to control your racer I cant break the habit of leaning my whole body from side to side when turning corners.

:D. Haha gas when ya see people doing that.

The Wii is great - but my god does it tire you out. I only played a game or two over Christmas and my arms were in a heap the next day!. Its great craic though.

Think, its a great alternative for the kids to the Playstation and the likes - at least they are getting a bit of exercise with it aswell.

its ok, dont think it will get you fit or toned but its a good laugh and the games are mostly balance games.

If you do get it go to tesco its only 75 yoyo instead of 95 in most other places
